We have had a very busy few weeks in 6th Class. We visited 14 Henrietta Street in the city centre to see what a tenement house was like for people 100 years ago. It was really interesting. We had a dress up day before the mid term. We welcomed Olympic boxer Aidan Walsh to the school. Some of us even got to wear his Olympic medal! We celebrated World Food Day with our junior infant buddies in the hall. We competed the final mile of Marathon Kids in Morton Stadium. We ran a total of 42km over the past two months. We also took part on STEM Week where we showed our science experiments we did for homework and enjoyed some science workshops and maths activities throughout the week.
