We have had a great start to the new year!
Despite all the rainy weather, we have been doing lots of PE both indoors and outdoors. Our focus has been balance, coordination, core strength and above all else having lots and lots of fun!
We have also welcomed Emma, a music therapist who is joining us for eight weeks. The children have loved having the opportunity to play and engage with different instruments and repeat and come up with sounds of their own.
We are also starting each day with yoga fun. We lay our mats out and turn out the lights and start our day off feeling calm and regulated.
