Hello everyone,
We are very busy in Junior Infants these days.
We had a great time on Dress up Day as you can see from our picture.
We used the iPads for maths, we did shape matching activities, finish the pattern games and counting games.
We were scientists, mathematicians and engineers during STEM week. It was so much fun! We also took our first steps in computer programming. We programmed the Beebots to follow a path.
We have been learning all about space and the planets in our Solar System. We've been singing songs, and doing integrated learning with spaceships, space jigsaws, playdoh and lego and we made some amazing planet and astronaut art.
We are learning our sounds and practising blending them together to make words. We are also making great progress with our handwriting.
We hope you have enjoyed learning what we're up to.
