We have had a busy few months in Junior Infants!
- We celebrated four birthdays! Happy 6th Birthday to all our friends.
- Two of our classmates were awarded Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine during Seachtain na Gaeilge for taking part and trying their best to speak Irish. Comhghairdeas!
- We have been busy practising our writing. We have learned all 42 sounds and lots of new words so we have been putting this knowledge to good use and writing sentences on the whiteboards.
- During Wellbeing Wednesday this month we took advantage of the nice weather and went outside to draw with chalk. This was great fun!
- Our play theme this month was Dinosaurs. We had great fun dressing in costumes, making fossils with our playdough, playing with the dinosaurs in the compost and making lots of art!
We can't wait to see what the rest of this term has in store for us as we get ready to say goodbye to Junior Infants and hello to Senior Infants!!
